 How to Brew

HOT:

○Use 1–2 teaspoons per 8–10 oz of water

○Heat water to 175–185°F (just below boiling to preserve white peony)

○Steep for 6–8 minutes

○Strain and enjoy hot, or chill and serve over ice

Optional: Add a splash of almond or oat milk for a creamy, dessert-like twist.

Infusion:

○Take desired amount of tea and place it into your container.

○Add in room temperature water and let the herbs sit in the sun or on your counter top for at least 8 hours or overnight.

○Strain herbs add in choice of sweetener 

○ refrigerate and enjoy
