How to Brew
●Use 1–2 teaspoons per 8–10 oz of hot water. If tea isn't strong enough adjust to your liking. Can add up to 2 tablespoons of tea per 10oz of water.
●Heat water to 160°F (just below boiling)
●Steep for 10–15 minutes
●Strain and sip slowly — ideally while resting or unwinding
* For best results, drink at the first sign of tension or pain. May also be used as a nightly calming tea.
