 How to Brew

For a single cup:

●Use 1 tsp (kids) or 1–2 tsp (adults) per 8–10 oz of water

●Heat water to 160°F (just before boiling)

●Steep 12-15 minutes, strain, and cool slightly before serving.

Optional: Add honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness (only for children over 1 year old)

 

Serving Ideas

•Serve warm at bedtime as a wind-down ritual

•Add a cinnamon stick or orange slice for fun

•Chill and serve iced with a touch of honey on warm days
