How to Brew


For a Single serving Hot brew 

●Use 1–2 tablespoons per 8–10 oz hot water 

●Heat water to just below boiling (around 160°F)

●Steep for 8–12 minutes

●Strain herbs, add sweetener to taste, and refrigerate until chilled

●Serve over ice

> Important: Do not overheat or over-steep — this can cause bitterness.


For a Single serving Cold Brew: Place 2-4 tablespoons of loose leaf tea in 10-12 oz of cold filtered water in a mason jar. Screw on a lid and place in the fridge overnight or for 8 - 12 hours. Strain herbs and enjoy. 

 

For a Large Iced Tea Pitcher (2 Quarts):This recipie can be made using the hot brew method (Steeping for 1-2 hours) or slow cold infused method "filtered room temperature water" (Steeping for 8-12 hours overnight in the refrigerator) 

○ Use 8–10 tablespoons of tea per 2 quarts of water. 


 Optional: After tea has been made try adding in some sparkling water or lemonade for a fruity herbal spritz.

Protip: muddle blackberry and mint together before filling up your glass with Iced tea and garnish with a lemon.
